At The Voyager School Post 16 students will benefit from a dedicated learning centre and specialised seminar rooms that provide a base from which to pursue their Post 16 education.
As a Community School we are offering students an extremely rich and varied programme that will prepare them for further study, training and the world of work. We pride ourselves on being able to meet the needs of students by ‘mixing and matching’ courses. This allows us to create individual programmes that combine academic and applied (vocational) courses at different levels matched to learner needs.
We will offer an extensive range of courses that include A /AS levels, Applied A level and BTEC Levels 1, 2 and 3. The range of courses on offer has been carefully selected in order to meet the needs of a wide range of students from within Peterborough. It is our intention that all students will succeed in their chosen course of study.
The Voyager School’s aim is to help students to develop themselves personally, socially, academically and vocationally so that they are ready to become the leaders of tomorrow. Our staff will work closely with students to offer advice and help, as well as providing regular feedback to students. We will encourage students to reflect upon their performance with their tutors and to set targets for themselves that will lead to future success.
